GROUP FITNESS

Our two thousand square foot exercise room features a superbly cushioned hardwood floor and is fully air-conditioned. Our top of the line sound system provides amazing sound quality for all group fitness classes.


Spinning
This inspiring music driven stationary cycling class utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences.

Body Pump
The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Body Pump is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. Its perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training to their aerobic workout. The simplicity of this class makes it great for everyone!

YOGA
A physical and spiritual class dedicated to improving strength and flexibility while reducing stress by utilizing a variety of yoga styles. Taught by the very experience instructors of the Green Mountain School of Yoga.

Pilates
Pilates uses the abdomen, lower back and buttocks as a power center, enabling the rest of the body to move freely, thus emphasizing body alignment while incorporating correct breathing. A series of controlled exercises performed with great concentration, all muscle groups are lengthened, which leaves you feeling invigorated and "lifted".

Forever Young
Warm up in the multi-purpose room then begin a variety of exercises incorporating floor aerobics, weights flexibility and balance. Finish with a long relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the "mature" population or those just beginning an exercise program.

Aqua Aerobics
A fabulous non-impact class in our body soothing 83 degree Olympic pool! A great class for all fitness levels and those recovering from injuries. The arthritis aqua class is similar to the aqua aerobic but adheres to the guidelines of the American Arthritis Foundation.

Aqua Boot Camp
Drills and thrills to keep you moving. A more advanced aqua class consisting of sports drills, circuits and interval training in the pool and on the deck.

ZUMBA
A high energy and motivating class that combines latin music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to have fun while enjoying aerobic/fitness interval training through a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Boot Camp
Abolish fat, rev your metabolism, and amplify strength as you move through power stations consisting of high intensity work followed by brief moments of active recovery. This hour of power will incorporate hand weights, steps, cardio explosions and intense core work to push you to your fitness maximum. Restorative stretches at the finish; this functional, time-savvy, expertly tailored class will take you to the extreme!

Body Flex
A complete workout targeting all major muscle groups using hand weights and resistaballs. The emphasis is on a smaller number of repetitions with a choice of increasingly heavy weights, to build bone density and strength. Beginners are always welcome.

  • PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

    Individualized instruction is always available for the participant who needs assistance learning basic moves on the step, floor or spin bikes. Please ask at the front desk and an appointment will be made for you.

  • BEGINNER CLASSES

    All Classes are open to beginners. Please arrive early and inform the front desk personnel.
